The band's first official album "Necropolis" also has a Chinese special edition released by Flesh Sclerosis Productions, a leader among China's new generation labels. The Pervertrador band was founded in 2020. It is a very young band composed of Lord Asco and Northen Formed, both of them have participated in many excellent bands in Mexico. The album "Necropolis" released in 2023 is the most outstanding album in 2023. V: Hello brother nice to meet you and thank you very much for participating in this interview, I think this is the first time your band has been interviewed by a Chinese magazine, first of all say hello to your Chinese fans, Pervertrador is a very young band formed in 2020, how did you come up with the idea to form this band? What is the meaning of the name Pervertrador?
L: Hello brothers, heres LORD ASCO, greetings from Jalisco Mexico. Effectively the first time that a Chinese media outlet has given us the opportunity to be interviewed. And we appreciate it. and send a big hug to the fans of your country. pervertrador is a young band but with two members who have their way in the Mexican metal scene, since we have been in other projects. And the main idea comes from Lord Disgust to create a brutal death metal band. Of which he communicates to northen and he accepts that we work together. perverter is the combination of two words perverse and penetrator. and that is where perver/trador is born. V: There are only two of you in the band, Northen does all the arranging and Lord Asco just sings, which I think is the easiest way to work together, but I'd still like to know how you create your work, can you briefly describe the process? Your recordings are excellent, what studio did you record the album in? Which engineer produced your album?
N: Well thanks a lot for your words. Yes, I am the only musician in the project. The creative process is based on the duo. Lord Asco only has the voices, lyrics and content... I always have to account for all the opinions and influences that LORD ASCO has to decide, it would be very stupid of me not to listen to what my project partners have to decide and give their opinion In this regard, besides, it would be TOO SELFISH not to listen to what you have to decide. The projects are a work team... sadly, they don't have much in mind, it's as if it were a boat managed by 2, 3, 4, or 5 captains who all want to go somewhere but at the end NADIE arrives on the ship to a place THOUGHT about for the good of the entire crew. THIS WAY is how I like working in general and PERVERTRATOR is not the exception. While the music is very simple, I don't think much of anything but that it has the only slogan that WE LIKE. What a brutal, bizarre, absurd and sick feeling. Seeing it as a simple image: like every song you listen to.... it was a meat refrigerator FULL of hooks that you don't have to think about where you can go if you want to THINK about escaping that cold.
V: Your logo design is very unique, who designed this logo for you? Your album artwork is also uniquely designed, who designed the album artwork for you and does he have any meaning?
L: We have two logos, the old logo was created by a friend (Alvin Castañeda, Greetings my friend!) and the new logo that will appear in the Flesh Sclerosis Productions edition. It was created by Alejandro Vargas, who is also the creator of the cover of our album necropolis. It is the meaning of art. It is the manifestation of war and how cruel it is for humanity. And today with bacteriological weapons.
N: PERVERTRADOR means PERVERTER (translated from our spanish lenguaje) and is a simple game of two words that describe the project as well: PERVERT and PERPETRATOR… PERVER-TRATOR… Reflect PERFECTLY on what we were looking for from the beginning, a word that represents and has enough to represent everything we do here. Our Mexican Spanish has many grammatical forms that enrich our language.
V: You have a relationship with Spanish label Base Record Production, how did you get in touch with the label to collaborate? Your singer Lord Asco also owns a label called Quetzalcóatl Records, why didn't you choose to release your album on your own label? Your album "Necropolis" was released in my country on Flesh Sclerosis Productions, which is a great label in China and they are very promising, I'm very good friends with Dean, the head of Flesh Sclerosis Productions. L: Gaspar from base records is someone with whom we have had contact for years and a good relationship. And he was asked to support releasing the album in a European/Mexican version. Since Lord Asco is the creator of Satanic Porn Records and Quetzalcóatl Records. And so to begin the beginning of perverting, it was convenient for us to carry out this collaboration. We have corresponded with Dean for some time and are grateful for his support and interest. We know that his company handles these brutal genres and it is the best thing that has happened to us to be part of the Flesh Sclerosis Productions catalog. We sent several emails to different companies and the label Thanatology Productions responded. And he was interested. And he offered us this format. V: What is the theme of your music about? What do you want to express through such musical themes? What are your songwriting lyrics sections, who wrote these lyrics and what inspired him?
L: The themes deal with pandemics and more so when they are created to be used as weapons. Create germ warfare. That was our inspiration.
N: as the only musician I only seek to reflect that it sounds brutal, sick, bizarre, street, and above all UNCONCERNED about all the stupid nonsense that exists around music.
V: First of all, congratulations on the release of your first official album "Necropolis" in China. You are labeled as Death Metal, but there are a lot of Brutal elements in your work = and you also have a very unique Mexican feeling of dryness, which makes your work even more barbaric, and your arrangements are complex and varied, and you can tell that you are very focused on the technical aspects, and your singers are also very good at singing, what do you think about your own work?
N: I don't quite understand what they mean by "dryness" and apart from that, thank you very much for your words my brother!! The truth is that we couldn't say what we think of our work. We believe that is the opinion of the public that has received and supported us very well since we released our first song on the internet. You can find those types of answers in the opinions of our fans and people who like our music. Honestly, we have not been, we are not, AND WE WILL NOT BE one of those projects that FIGHT to "be the best" of all. There are many of us who do this and we ARE NOT anything special. We simply do what we like and if others like what we do (or not) that's pretty good for us. And don't misinterpret this answer. But this is our honesty. V: I see that members of your band also started a magazine called "Sabbath Zine", can you tell us a little bit about the history of the magazine? What bands have you interviewed? I guess we're in the same boat, haha
L: Sabbath zine this year celebrated 24 years since it began publishing. a printed publication dedicated to the Mexican metal scene. everything completely in Spanish. They have participated in interviews with bands like Disgorge, Ereskhigal, Black Torment, Sarcoma and Rapture Messiah and many more from Mexico.

V: Is there anything new your band is working on for 2024? Like writing, recording some new material or playing some festivals, can you reveal some information to people?
L: we are preparing a new work that will be a shared album with 2 Colombian bands and 1 Mexican band. I know this job its gonna be brutal.
N: and of course make more music, more songs, improve and surpass OURSELVES and NO ONE else. Expect more music from PERVERTRATOR.
V: You have worked with China many times and I believe you have a deep friendship with our country. Do you know those bands from China?
L: China seems to us to be an interesting country with its own traditions. For now I don't remember any Chinese bands. but I don't doubt that they are brutal.
V: Pervertrador is a very young band, but your members are all experienced musicians playing extreme metal music, so I hope to hear more from you, and finally, is there anything you would like to say to your fans in China?
