Volcano Magazine was founded on August 21, 2020. It is a band magazine that focuses on Death Metal and Grindcore bands. The name “Volcano” for the magazine was inspired by a Japanese band. At the beginning, the magazine wrote simple articles about bands. The magazine then expanded its content with bios, interviews, and online articles on platforms such as Douban.

 

Due to some restrictions, we switched from a local Chinese platform to our official website and... Well, here we are, with a professional website available for everyone!

 

Volcano Magazine has been active for almost 4 years now. This magazine shares my same birthday. It is like a child, growing every year. Year after year, Volcano Magazine has interviewed more than 200 bands, and many more will be soon reached out. Some bands have been guests of our articles for many years, while other bands just reached us out by themselves. The magazine attracted a large amount of readers in China, receiving support from many metalheads all over the country. We encountered many difficulties, but we never gave up!

 

The website represents an improvement for the magazine. Here you can read articles, get access to a wide range of content, such as photos, videos, and more. You can like, share, and comment our posts and stories as well.
