孤独的抑郁症患者 - 芬兰Black Metal乐队Atlach-Nacha专访

芬兰孕育了很多经典的金属乐队，无论是任何一种风格在芬兰都有他们非常具有代表性的乐队，当然这个国家也孕育大量的优秀年轻乐队，尤其是Black Metal这种音乐风格在芬兰有着他们自己独特的"美感"，今天要介绍的就是一支来自芬兰的Black Metal乐队Atlach-Nacha，组建于2026年的Atlach-Nacha乐队是一支非常年轻的乐队，由S一个人组建，这名年轻的音乐家以一种阴暗，犹豫，孤独的感觉创作了属于他独特美感的作品，虽然目前他只发行了两张Demo作品，但是以他独特的音乐风格吸引了一批乐迷的关注和支持，从他的作品当中可以感受到他对于Black Metal这种音乐风格的理解和独特的创作意识，在新作品发行之际Atlach-Nacha乐队与杂志取得联系进行了一次专访，让所有中国歌迷来了解一下S的创作理念吧！

Finland has nurtured many classic metal bands, and there are representative bands of any style in Finland. Of course, this country has also nurtured a large number of excellent young bands, especially Black Metal, which has its own unique "beauty" in Finland. Today, we will introduce a Black Metal band from Finland, Atlach Nacha, formed in 2026. Atlach Nacha is a very young band formed by S alone. This young musician creates works that belong to his unique beauty with a dark, hesitant, and lonely feeling. Although he has only released two demo works so far, his unique music style has attracted a group of people. The attention and support of music fans can be felt from his works regarding Black Metal The understanding of this music style and unique creative consciousness led Atlach Nacha to contact a magazine for an exclusive interview on the occasion of the release of their new work, allowing all Chinese fans to learn about S's creative philosophy!

V: 你好，很高兴认识你，非常感谢你参加这次采访。我想这是你们乐队第一次接受中国杂志的采访。首先向所有中国球迷和朋友问好。Atlach Nacha成立于2026年，是一支非常年轻的乐队。你是怎么组建这个乐队的？Atlach-Nacha这个名字是什么意思？

Hello s, nice to meet you and thank you very much for participating in this interview. I think this is the first time your band has been interviewed by a Chinese magazine. First of all, let me say hello to all Chinese fans and friends. Atlach-Nacha was founded in 2026 and is a very young band. How did you form this band? What does the name Atlach Nacha mean?

S: 谢谢你采访我，这对我来说意味着整个世界，我对此感到非常兴奋！我希望通过这种方式让我的音乐接触到中国Black Metal社区。我认为，这实际上是我第一次接受杂志采访，所以这个机会对我来说非常令人兴奋。我偶然发现了声音本身，从而产生了组建这个项目的想法，因为我原本想要一个完全不同的愿景，但一旦第一个表现被记录下来，我就知道我必须接受这个。Atlach Nacha是恐怖故事"七怪"中蜘蛛神的名字。之所以选择这个名字，主要是因为它的标志类似于蜘蛛。

Thank you for interviewing me, this means the world to me, and I am very excited about this! I hope to make my music reach out to the Chinese black metal community through this. This is actually my first magazine interview in general, I think, so this opportunity is very exciting for me. The idea of forming this project came to me through the accidental discovery of the sound itself, as I was originally going for a completely different vision, but once the first manifestations were recorded, I knew I had to embrace this one. Atlach-Nacha is the name of a spider god from the horror story "The Seven Geases". The name was chosen mainly due to the logo resembling a spider.

V: 你是乐队里唯一的一个。因此在创作歌曲时，你可以完全遵循自己的想法。你能介绍一下你的创作过程吗？

You are the only one in the band. So when creating a song, you can completely follow your own ideas. Can you introduce your creative process?

S: 它确实有自己独特的自由。我的创作过程可能令人惊讶，但我实际上是从钢琴家开始的；因此一切都从这个工具开始。我首先找到能让我思考或感受到任何情感的旋律和和弦，然后以此为基础创作歌曲。乐器是我的主要关注点，我倾向于在乐器之后写歌词，因为通过声音，它可以帮助我更好地在脑海中描绘一幅画面。

It does truly have its own unique freedom. My creative process may be surprising, but I actually started off as a pianist before anything else; so therefore, it all starts from that instrument. I first find melodies and chords that make me ponder or feel any sort of emotion and then base the song on those. The instruments are mostly my main focus, and I tend to write the lyrics after the instrumentals, as through the sounds it helps me paint a picture into my head better.

You have only released two demo works so far, but the recording effect is excellent. Which studio did you record the album in? Which producer made the album for you?

It’s a bit of an isolated experience, as I do everything myself, in my own room haha. I record all the instruments and produce everything myself.

V: 孤独、抑郁、异教和卡累利阿是你的音乐主题。你为什么选择这个音乐主题？你想通过这个音乐主题表达什么？你创作过歌词吗？这些歌词的灵感来源是什么？卡累利阿是什么意思？

Loneliness, Depression, Paganism, and Karelia are your music themes. Why did you choose this music theme? What do you want to express through this music theme? Have you created any lyrics and what inspired these lyrics? What does Karelia mean?

S: 这些主题可能是在我的环境中产生的，因为芬兰非常寒冷、阴郁和黑暗。这里非常美丽，但在糟糕的日子里，它会产生不幸的情绪。异教和卡累利阿源于我对卡累利阿邦萨满教历史和芬兰萨满教的兴趣，以及我对卡累利阿的根。它位于芬兰和俄罗斯边境之间。

These themes possibly came to me through my environment, as Finland is very cold, gloomy and dark. It’s very beautiful here, but it can create unfortunate emotions throughout bad days. Paganism and Karelia came from my interests in the Karelian shamanistic history and shamanism in Finland in general, and my roots to Karelia. It’s an area between the borders of Finland and Russia.

V: 你的标志是我见过的最非传统的设计。谁为你设计了这个标志？你的专辑封面设计非常符合你的风格，黑暗而另类。谁为你设计了这些专辑艺术品？

Your logo is the most unconventional design I have ever seen. Who designed this logo for you? Your album artwork design is very in line with your style, dark and alternative. Who designed these album artworks for you?

S: 挺不错的，哈哈。它可能看起来不像Black Metal标志，这可能是因为它实际上最初不是为Black Metal创建或设计的。它是由一位标志设计师多年前在Instagram上创建的，他为Goregrind、Grindcore、Brutal Death Metal和各种噪音等流派制作了标志。我找不到他们的页面，但如果我找到了，我会确保在我的页面上注明他的名字。尽管我制作了Black Metal，但我仍然需要得到标志，因为我非常喜欢宽大的标志，也许我已经对Atlach-Nacha有了某种愿景。到目前为止，这张专辑的艺术品是由我用各种旧画制作和设计的，但我希望很快能在Instagram上与一些有才华的艺术家合作。

It is quite, haha. It probably might not look like a black metal logo, and it could be because it actually originally was not created or designed for black metal. It was created by a logo designer on Instagram years ago, who made logos for genres like Goregrind, Grindcore, Brutal Death Metal and all sorts of noise. I can’t find their page, but if I ever do, I’ll make sure to credit him on my page. Even though I made Black metal, I still had to get the logo, as I am very fond of wide logos and maybe had some sort of vision for Atlach-Nacha already. The album artworks have so far been made and designed by me out of various old paintings, but I hope to work with some of the talented artists on Instagram soon.

V: 你的两张专辑都是你自己发行的数字版本。你是否考虑过联系唱片公司发行CD或其他实体版本的专辑？你联系过任何制厂牌吗？

Your two albums are both digital versions released by yourself. Have you considered contacting a label to release CDs or other physical versions of your albums? Have you contacted any manufacturers?

S: 我希望我的作品能被压缩成各种形式。我一直在联系唱片公司和发行版，以寻求潜在的合作，今年晚些时候可能会有一些合作。如果有任何唱片公司有兴趣帮助我发行CD，请给我发消息！

I would love to have my work pressed into every physical format. I have been contacting labels and distros for potential collaborations and let's just say that there might be something coming later this year. If there are any labels interested in helping me with CD releases, message me!

First of all, congratulations on the release of your work this year. Your work is full of dark and cold atmosphere, just like the winter in your country, and it is also very evil. The vicious Riff and melody make your work very attractive. What is your opinion on your own work?

S: 非常感谢，你真是太好了，我真的很感激你的话。你很好地描述了我的声音。老实说，我认为Atlach-Nacha是最好的项目之一，如果不是我做过的最好的项目的话，它最终完美地成为了我多年来的愿景。我一直想在合成器大量存在的地方制作Black Metal；我为这一切的结果感到骄傲。

Thank you so much, that’s very kind of you and I really appreciate your words. You described my sound very well. I honestly think Atlach-Nacha is one of the best projects, if not the best I’ve ever had, and it ended up perfectly becoming the vision I had for years. I always wanted to make black metal where the synths are heavily present; I’m proud of how it all turned out.

V: 你受到了哪些乐队的影响？你能介绍一下你最喜欢的乐队吗？

What bands have you been influenced by? Can you introduce your favorite band?

S: 我非常喜欢Summoning, Departure Chandelier和Sigh的早期作品。他们让我爱上了Black Metal合成器，也让我想尝试一下。我也喜欢Mustasuo，我希望有一天能拥有和他们的歌手一样的声乐技巧。

I absolutely love Summoning, Departure Chandelier and the early works of Sigh. They made me fall in love with Black metal with synths and made me want to try it too. I also love Mustasuo, I hope to someday have the same vocal skills as their vocalist.

V: 2026年你有什么新工作要做？例如继续创作或录制新歌，你能与每个人分享一些信息吗？

What new jobs do you have to do in 2026? For example, when creating or recording new songs, can you share some information with everyone?

S: 我希望今年能发行很多音乐。我目前正在制作我的第一张专辑，我希望也能进行很多拆分。我一直想和人们做很多分裂，因为和其他音乐家一起工作很有趣，这个社区充满了才华横溢的人。我的音乐目前也在向其他流媒体服务进军，所以今年也会这样。

I hope to release a lot of music this year. I am currently working on my first album, and I hope to also get to work on a lot of splits. I always wanted to make a lot of splits with people, as it’s fun to work with other musicians, and this community is so full of talented people. My music is also currently on its way to other streaming services too, so that’s going to happen this year too.

V: 虽然你和你的乐队都很年轻，但你的作品很有潜力。你也是一位有前途的音乐家，我会一直关注和支持你的乐队。我也希望通过这次采访，更多的人会关注和支持你的乐队。面试即将结束。最后，你有什么要对你的中国粉丝和朋友说的吗？

Although you and your band are both very young, your work has great potential. You are also a promising musician, and I will always pay attention to and support your band. I also hope that through this interview, more people will pay attention to and support your band. The interview is coming to an end. Do you have anything to say to your Chinese fans and friends at the end?
