今天采访到的是来自德国的Goregrind乐队Cerebral Enema，组建于2014年的Cerebral Enema乐队，其实在2013年就已经组建了，最初取名为TerroRape，由于乐队想参加更多的音乐节演出所以在2014年正式更名为Cerebral Enema以便于更好的演出，le Gorefuck、Brett Clitman Heart和DR.Fetus都是喜欢Goregrind的乐迷，再一次聚会上一起讨论柏林并没有更多的Goregrind乐队，所以他们组建了这支乐队，这也是乐队的雏形，在组建不久之后乐队发行了一张11首歌曲的Demo作品，一张受到捷克，德国等国家Goregrind乐队的影响作品，混乱，嘈杂并且带有一些Slam的Riff，大段中速的段落深受Gut，CBT这类乐队的影响，再加上一些Gore的段落让他们作品更加的Sick，血腥，歌手的演唱也是给大家留下了深刻印象，呕吐式的演唱再加上喉音也让所有歌迷喜爱，随后乐队发行了多张Spilt，单曲，EP，现场录音专辑等作品，蜕变成为一支德国家喻户晓的乐队，2019年乐队在德国Endwar Records厂牌发行了他们的第一张正式专辑“Erase the Human Dung”，这是一张更加Sick，血腥的作品，今年乐队也发行了他们的最新作品“Br00tal Album Promo 2025”，这张作品也预示着乐队2025年即将发行新专辑，目前新专辑录制工作基本完成，令人非常期待，前不久杂志与乐队取得联系进行了一次采访！

Today's interview is with Cerebral Enema, a Goregrind band from Germany. Formed in 2014, Cerebral Enema was actually formed in 2013, initially under the name TerroRape, but changed its name to Cerebral Enema in 2014 as the band wanted to play more festivals to play better shows. Fetus, Brett Clitman Heart and DR. Fetus were all fans of Goregrind and at a reunion they discussed the fact that there weren't many more Goregrind bands in Berlin, so they formed this band, which was the beginning of the band's existence. Soon after the formation of the band they released an 11 song demo, an album influenced by Goregrind bands from Czech Republic and Germany, chaotic, noisy and with some Slam riffs, big mid-tempo riffs influenced by bands like Gut, CBT and some Gore riffs to make it even more Sick and bloody, the singer's vocals were impressive, vomit-like, and they were very good. The band released a number of spilt, singles, EPs and live recordings and became a household name in Germany. 2019 saw the release of their first official album ‘Erase the Human Dung’, a more Sick and bloody work, and this year the band also released their newest work “Br00tal Album Promo 2025”, which is also a sign of the band's upcoming album in 2025, the recording of the new album is almost finished. The recording of the new album is almost finished, and the band was contacted by the magazine for an interview!

Hello brother nice to meet you and thank you very much for participating in this interview, I think this is the first time that your band has been interviewed by a Chinese magazine, first of all say hello to your Chinese fans, Cerebral Enema was formed in 2013, but you changed your current name in 2014, so you were really formed in 2014, you guys! Why did you change your name? Who proposed the formation of this band in the first place?
C: 你好Gore兄弟，感谢你从中国联系我们，我们真的很高兴你喜欢我们的污秽 <3，我们想向每一位中国的Gore歌迷和地下金属支持者问好。我们很高兴能传播我们的音乐，也很高兴知道全世界的人都能有机会听到我们的音乐（最好是在派对上边听边狂欢 XD）关于名字是的，我们把名字从TerroRape改成了Cerebral Enema。原因很简单我们想进行现场演出，而乐队名称中包含强奸一词，这多少有些影响。我们对新的Logo和概念很满意，因为它对我们来说更有意义。我们喜欢暴力、死亡、荒诞、绝望、鼻烟、恐怖等主题，但同时我们也喜欢笑话、派对、幽默、团结、愚蠢的飞溅、美好的时光，喜欢随心所欲。因此Cerebral Enema让我们有可能使用大脑的每一个频谱，而不仅仅是一种“血腥”的方式（音乐上也是如此）我们（le Gorefuck、Brett Clitman Heart和DR.Fetus）是在一次晚上喝酒时一起组建乐队的，我们谈论着柏林缺少GoreGrind乐队的问题。在喝了更多啤酒后，我们决定重新组建一支乐队。我们之前都有过不同的乐队和项目，但现在都没有了。这是一个伟大的决定，我们对迄今为止的音乐会和演出都非常满意。
Hello Gore Brother , thanks for contacting us from China and we are really happy that you enjoy our filth <3 We like to greet every chinise goregrindfan and metal underground supporter out there. We are always happy to spread our music and it is a joy to know that people around the world have the option to get to listen to us how ever (preferably making party and moshing your brains out while doing so XD ) About the name, yes we changed our name from TerroRape to Cerebral Enema. The reason was simply that we wanted to play live shows and with "rape" in your bandname its more or less impossible. We are happy with the new logo and concept because it makes way more sense to us. We like themes of violence, death, absurdity, despair, snuff, horror but also we love jokes, party, humor, unity, silly splatter, good times in general and enjoy to do what we want. So the cerebral enema makes it possible to use every spectrum of our brainfarts and not just only one way of gore (also musically). We started the band together (le Gorefuck, Brett Clitman Heart and DR.Fetus) on a night out drinking. We were talking about the lack of GoreGrind bands in Berlin. After more beers we jst decided to start a band together again. We all had different Bands and projects before but had none at this point in time. It was a great decission and we are really happy with all the music smut and concerts we had so far.
V: 你们乐队的阵容一直很稳定，只是在2019年换了新鼓手，旧鼓手为什么退出乐队？新鼓手是如何加入乐队的？你对新成员满意吗？
Your band's line-up has stayed pretty consistent just with a new drummer in 2019, why did the old drummer quit the band? How did the new drummer join the band? Are you happy with the new member?
C: 鼓手^^硬伤。在第一张专辑之前，我们从未有过真正的鼓手。在柏林能演奏我们作品的鼓手都不愿意演奏Goregrind，而喜欢演奏的鼓手到目前为止比任何School乐队的鼓手都差。我们决定至少换一个固定的录音室鼓手来提高唱片质量。为此我们找到了来自Hymenotomy的 USB（又名 Cuntwhisperer）我是他们的超级粉丝，在Obscene Extreme上巧遇了他，因为他穿着Hymenotomy的专辑衬衫，我问他是在哪里买的，因为我很喜欢他们的首张专辑。然后我们聊了起来，在他为我们混音之后，我们问他是否愿意为我们的录音录鼓。我们将他视为乐队成员，但从未与他或任何鼓手进行过现场表演。
The drummer ^^ old wounds. We never had a real drummer until the first album. We programming them and use a drummachine for the gigs. drummers in berlin that can play our stuff dont want to play goregrind and the drummers that like to play are worse than any shool band drummer so far XD. We decided to change at least the recordquality with a constant studio drummer. For that we found USB aka Cuntwhisperer from Hymenotomy. I am a huge fan of them and coincidently meet him on the Obscene Extreme because he wore the Hymenotomy Albumshirt and i was asking him were he got that because i am in love with the debut. Then we talked and after he mixed a split fur us we asked if he likes to record the drums for our recordings. We consider him a Member of the band but never played live with him or with any drummer yet.

Each member of your band is an experienced musician in creating Grindcore music, can you tell us a little bit about your creative experience? How does the process of creating new demos work?
C: 灵感可以是一切，而人类的无知、肮脏、仇恨、暴力和虚伪的深渊则提供了足够多的灵感。有时只是一个让我们会心一笑的愚蠢笑话，最终也会成为一首曲目。尽管GoreGrind原始而生猛，但我们仍尝试用Slam或Goregrind的方式将其混合起来。我们沉迷于“umpa umpa”的部分......所以几乎每首歌中都要有“umpa umpa”的部分。通常情况下我和Gorefuck 坐在一起，他负责鼓的编程，我负责旋律，然后我们一起写曲子。有时他已经有了结构或旋律，有时我也会准备一些东西。当我们笑起来的时候，我们就知道这首歌是好歌了 ^^然后我们和Brett Clittman Heart一起排练演唱部分，当我们也笑起来的时候，我们就认为这首歌完成了。录音时我们会将鼓声音轨发送给USB，然后由他改进并录制发行。
Inspiration can be everything and the abyss of ignorance, filth, hatred, violence and hypocrisy that is the human race delivers more then enough. Sometimes its just a stupoid joke that makes us smile that ends up as a track to. As primitive and raw GoreGrind is we still try to mix it up a bit with slam or grind parts. We are addicted to the umpa umpa parts ... so the have to be in every track almost XD Usually i le Gorefuck and I sit down, he programms the drumms, I shred the riffs and then we write traxxx together thisway. Sometimes he had constructs or riffs allready sometimes i prepared something. We have alot of fun doing it band when wa laugh we know the song is good ^^ then we rehearse with Brett Clittman Heart for the singing parts and when we have a laugh there too we consider that a finished track. For the recording we then send the drumtrack to USB and he then improves that and records it for the release.

Each of your albums has been a marked improvement in terms of recording, especially the demos just released this year which were brilliantly recorded, what studio did you record the albums in? Which producer produced your album?

thank you very much and we always try to get the shit more shiny.The promo that you mentioned is for the second album and we are also really happy with it so far. As mentioned the drums are recorded in Estiona by USB aka Cuntwhispere in his own studion. The recording of the strings i did at a friends flat in Berlin and we send it to our sound god and master-mind in Indonesia for reamping. Insidious Arts will take care of the final mix, master etc. and he is something else. We are so happy with him and also he did some of my favorete BDM mixes and Bands from that corner <3 stoked to have him and a huge shoutout to Ryo.
V: Porn, Sick humour, Brain jokes是你们乐队的音乐主题，其中Brain jokes主题比较少见，你们为什么选择这个主题，你们想通过这个音乐主题表达什么？
Porn, Sick humour, Brain jokes are the themes of your band's music, of which the Brain jokes theme is rare, why did you choose this theme and what do you want to express through this music theme?
C: 我们没有在Metal Archives里写这些东西，所以我猜有人会这么想^^ 也许是从Logo的创意开始的。因为每天都在扯淡，所以脑子里都是屎，有时候需要灌肠才能把屎排出来（Shit In Shit out - shitos locos 4 ever）此外我们的主题和开场白也充满了讽刺意味。不知道只有我们笑得前仰后合。另一方面我们也是GoreGrind的歌迷。我们认为不应该有禁忌，我们想做自己喜欢的事情。我们的主题一直是谋杀婴儿。别问我为什么，但它就是发生了，而且很夸张。但不现实的是，纯粹的现实生活是残酷的，例如看看中国的一胎化政策和结果或者世界上每一个战区的每一个被焚烧的儿童，德国纳粹政权的强制阉割，残害女性儿童的绅士，我的意思是，只要我们的种族存在，我就可以一直说下去。因此我想这是一种奇怪的幽默形式，但至少我们没有在杀戮战场上把胎儿砸在树上，至少我们可以嘲笑人类，嘲笑这是一个多么肮脏的笑话。
we did not write the stuff at metal archives so i guess somebody thinks that ^^ maybe from the logo idea. Brains full of shit because of the daily bullshit needs the Enema sometimes to get the shit out (shit in shit out - shitos locos 4 ever). Also we have alot of irony in our themes and intros. Not shure of we are the only ones laughing our asses off about it but. On the other hand it is GoreGrind and we all are fans of it too. We think there should be no taboos and we want to do what we like. We have a theme of baby murder constantly. Dont ask me why but it just happens and it is as over the top. But unrealistic as it is the pure reality in life is crual , for example see chinise 1 child policy and the results or every burning child in every warzone in the world, forced castration in germany nazi regime, mutilations of female child gentals i mean i can go on ferever as long as our breed exists. so i guesss its a weird form of humor but at least we are not smashing fetuses on trees at the killing fields and at least we can laugh about the human race and what a filthy joke it is.
V: 你们的Logo设计独特，是一个大脑的形状，是谁为你们设计了这个Logo？你们的专辑封面也非常漂亮，尤其是今年的试听版封面非常漂亮，这是谁为你们设计的？
Your logo is uniquely designed in the shape of a brain, who designed this logo for you? Your album artwork is also very beautiful, especially the artwork for this year's demo is so beautiful, who designed this artwork for you?
C: 再次感谢，设计Logo的人是我在学校的一个老朋友，专辑的设计模型也是他做的。我们很喜欢他和他独特的设计。此外在专辑中使用真人模特的想法也很吸引眼球，这也是对所有人工智能“艺术”的一种侮辱。我相信你们会喜欢这张新专辑封面的，我们制作这张封面的过程非常有趣，效果比第一张更好。为了制作新专辑的宣传片，我们买了一个叫BLASTART人的作品。我很喜欢这个动机，而且我们也想在老套的BDM作品上少做一次。因此宣传片中的那个 BL00TAL的Logo就是由万能的Seyerot（Carnivorous Voracity）绘制的，在我看来他是一个Logo方面的天才，他的歌声也是神一般的存在。
Thanks again, The Guy that made the logo is an old friend from school and he did the Album artwork models too. We love him and his unique designs. Also the idea to use like real models for the album is an eyecatcher and still a big fuck you to al AI created "art". I am shiure you will love the new album cover, we had so much fun building it and the results tops the first one. For the br00tal album promo we baught an artwork of a guy callled BLASTART. I liked this motive and we wanted to have on clichee BDM artwork short for once. he actually added all the dead babys on that shirt afterwords and i love the result. So the br00tal logo of that promo is just for that and was drawn by the almight Seyerot (Carnivorous Voracity) he is a monster when it comes to logos in my opinion and his vocals are godlike too.
V: 你的大部分作品都是在Endwar Records发行的，当然你还与一家名为Black Tomb Records的厂牌合作发行了一张Spilt专辑，你是如何与这两家唱片公司取得联系并进行合作的？你对他们的工作满意吗？
Most of your releases have been on Endwar Records, and of course you released a Spilt album with a label called Black Tomb Records, how did you get in touch with both labels to collaborate? Were you happy with their work?
C: Endwar Records（Maik）看过我们的现场演出并在演出结束后找到了我们。他告诉了我们需要知道的一切，我们与这家唱片公司从未有过任何问题，我们对他感激不尽。如今发行音乐的方式有很多，但能有一个好的唱片公司支持你，帮助你发行你的音乐，我感到非常荣幸。几周前我在我们的演出上见到了他本人，我跟他说了和你一样的话 ^^ 我们爱你Maik <3 Black Tomb prduction也是我们的老朋友了，你可能知道Frogtician、Caveman Attack或Neurozystizerkose。他有几十个很棒的污秽音乐项目，我建议我们至少发行一张Spilt ^^ 向 Bronko致敬 <3
Endwar Records (Maik) had seen us live and came to us after the show. He told us all we needed to know and we never had any problems with this label. We cant thank him enough. There so many ways to release music today but to actually have a good label that supports you and helps you getting out your filth is something i am very greatfull of. Just meet him in person a few weeks ago at our show and literraly told him the same as you ^^ we love you Maik <3 Black Tomb prduction is also a good long time friend. You might know about Frogtician, Caveman Attack or Neurozystizerkose. He has dozens of great filthy music projects and i incisted that we have a split at least once ^^ greetings to Bronko <3
V: 首先恭喜你今年刚刚发布的新Demo作品，我一直都是你乐队的超级粉丝，你的作品给我留下了深刻的印象，快速的节奏，精确的鼓点，歌手的嗓音也非常出色，虽然你有一些Porn元素，但你更接近Goregrind，音调非常厚重，与旧专辑相比，新作品非常好！甚至更好，你对你的作品有什么想法吗？
Firstly congratulations on the new demo work you have just released this year, I have always been a big fan of your band and I was very impressed with your work, fast riffs, precise drumming, and the singer's vocals are fantastic, although you have some elements of Porn you are much closer to Goregrind and the tone is very thick, the new work is very good in comparison to the old albums! is even better, do you have any thoughts on your work?
C: 你对我们的作品如此了解，让我印象深刻，我想我要再三感谢您。如前所述我们希望获得更好的声音并尝试不同的选择。整张专辑将包含约20首曲目，我们会不断进行调整。你将在这张专辑中听到混合了Hyperblasting、Ultra Groove、Slam、Party Umpaumpa、Primitive Gore和Grinding d-beats的音乐。我们将不断改进声音，但仍保留我们所喜爱的Gore： 白色垃圾 GoreGrind。
I am impressed that you know our stuff so well and thanks again and again i guess. As mentioned we want to get better sound and try out different options. The full album will contain about 20? traxx and we keep it veried. You will here a mix of hyperblasting, ultra groove slam,party umpaumpa, primitive gore and grinding d-beats. Developing the sound but keep the gore as we love it: White Trash GoreGrind.
V: 你们乐队在2024年有什么新工作？这次你们发布的Demo是否预示着新专辑的问世？能透露一下吗？
What new work do you have coming up for your band in 2024? Is this release of your demo a sign of a new album coming out? Can you shed some light on that?
C: 是的，新专辑将于2025年发行，名为“Atomkrieg, Ja Bitte”。这4首曲目是预录曲目，可以让人对新材料有所了解。封面已制作完成并拍摄，音乐已录制完成，鼓声也已完成，我们将在接下来的两周内录制配音。敬请期待，当然我们也会在互联网上更新：)
Yes the new Album will be out 2025 and its going to be called "Atomkrieg, Ja Bitte". The 4 tracks are preerecordings but giving an idea about the new material. The cover is built and shot, music is recorded, drums are done and we record the voacals in the upcumming 2 weeks. So look foreward to it and we will update on the interweb of course :)

What festivals or live shows have you played? What festivals or live shows have impressed you and can you describe the atmosphere and what festivals are you planning to attend in 2024?

That is a huge question because we love to play live and every show we did was great. Not shure but we might played almost 100 shows over the years with Cerebral Enema and every show was so special for us. Must recently we played at Offal Fest in Manchester. Still blows my mind that we can play in other countries and people enjoy what we enjoy. I sound like a hippy now i know but the metal and specially brutal Death Slam Gore Fastcore Noize scene is global and music is the language of the soul. I met so many of my heroes on shows so far and i am greatfull that me and my friend made this possible. I for example go to the obscene extreme every year and this is my savespace XD finally normal people. To all the OEF haters that think its to expansive, go there for the 6 days its intended and try to organize a party like that for less . Whiny bitches ... i really cant stand people that complain without any solution. Fuck humans i guess <3 you see my pattern ^^

Cerebral Enema is a great band, I'm a big fan of yours, I'll always support and follow your band, and I hope that through this interview more Chinese fans will follow and support your band, is there anything you'd like to say to your Chinese fans at the end of this interview?
C: 我很高兴你们能联系我们，我们非常感谢每一位聆听我们音乐的人。音乐是用来聆听的，我们很高兴看到我们在中国至少有一个铁杆粉丝。我希望有一天我们能在中国演出，那将是一次很棒的经历。我很想知道那里的情况如何，实际上我有一张来自中国的BDM唱片（Renchai）所以还有更多的东西等着我们去发现^^。 我们想向中国的每一位金属乐迷问好。白痴在这个世界上到处都是，但至少金属乐也能找到自己的方式，让所有喜欢暴力音乐的人生活得更好一些 :D
I am so happy that you contacted us and we really appriciate every person that listenes to our music. Music is there to be listened to and we are very happy to see that we have at least one die hard fan over there. I hope we can play a show in china one day it would be an awesome experience. I would love to know how the scene is obver there i actually have 1 BDM record from china (Renchai) so there is more to discover ^^. We want to greet every Metalhead in China. Idiots are well spread on this globe but at least also the Metal find his way to make life a bit better for all that enjoy some Violence in there music :D
