今天采访到的是来自意大利的Heavy / Trash Metal乐队Lythora，组建于2024的Lythora乐队，有吉他手Gianluca“Gengy”Andreacchi组建，最初Gianluca“Gengy”Andreacchi在September Damage乐队担任吉他手，但是他想组建一支更重，更快，属于自己的乐队，不久之后Gianluca“Gengy”Andreacchi创作一首单曲，但是Gianluca“Gengy”Andreacchi希望组建一支完整的乐队，于是他在网上发布招聘广告，不久之后其他的成员加入了乐队，于是2024年6月，Lythora乐队组建完成，Lythora乐队的作品既保留了Heavy/Trash Metal的热情和攻击性，也保留了现代金属的元素，让他们的作品听起来与众不同，但是又能调动起乐迷的激情，今年乐队也刚刚发布了他们的新作品“Crack The Stone”，在新专辑发行之际杂志乐队取得联系进行一次专访！

The interview today was with the Heavy/Trash Metal band Lythora from Italy, formed in 2024 by guitarist Gianluca "Gengy" Andreacchi. Initially, Gianluca "Gengy" Andreacchi played guitar in the September Damage band, but he wanted to form a heavier, faster, and his own band. Soon after, Gianluca "Gengy" Andreacchi created a single, but she wanted to form a complete band, so he posted a job advertisement online. Soon after, other members joined the band, and in June 2024, The formation of the band Lythora has been completed. Their works not only retain the passion and aggressiveness of Heavy/Trash Metal, but also incorporate elements of modern metal, making their works sound unique and inspiring the passion of music fans. This year, the band has just released their new work "Crack The Stone", and on the occasion of the release of their new album, the magazine band contacted them for an exclusive interview!

Hello brother, it's nice to meet you and thank you very much for participating in this interview. I think this is the first time your band has been interviewed by a Chinese magazine. First of all, I would like to say hello to all Chinese fans and friends. When was Lythora band founded and how did you form this band?

L: 大家好，兄弟们，谢谢你们给我这个机会——Lythora很荣幸第一次接受VOLCANO网络杂志的采访。乐队诞生于Gianluca“Gengy”Andreacchi的想法，他在September Damage担任吉他手后。他想创作一个更重、更个人化的项目，并开始独立创作第一首歌曲。成员们事先并不认识对方——阵容是通过在线广告逐步形成的，直到2024年6月完成目前的组建。

Hello brothers, thank you for this opportunity — it’s an honor for Lythora to be interviewed by VOLCANO webzine for the first time. The band was born from an idea of Gianluca “Gengy” Andreacchi, after his experience as guitarist in September Damage. He wanted to create a heavier, more personal project, and began composing the first songs independently. The members did not know each other beforehand — the lineup was formed gradually through online ads, until the current formation was completed in June 2024.

V: 你的乐队共有三名成员，你们都是乐队的第一代成员吗？你换过乐队成员吗？为什么第一代成员离开了乐队？新成员是如何加入乐队的，你对他们的工作满意吗？新成员的加入给乐队带来了哪些新变化？

Your band has a total of three members, are you all the first generation members of the band? Have you ever changed band members? Why did the first generation members leave the band? How did the new members join the band and are you satisfied with their work? What new changes has the addition of new members brought to the band?

L: 是的，目前的阵容代表了Lythora的第一代也是唯一一代。从来没有人离开过乐队。尽管来自不同的音乐背景，但三位成员很快找到了共同的艺术方向。

Yes — the current lineup represents the first and only generation of Lythora. No member has ever left the band. Despite coming from different musical backgrounds, the three members quickly found a shared artistic direction.

V: 你的乐队刚刚发布了他们的最新作品，这张专辑的录制效果非常好。你在哪个录音室录制了这张专辑？哪位制作人为你制作了这张专辑？新专辑的录制过程进展顺利吗？

Your band has just released their latest work, and the recording effect of this album is excellent. Which studio did you record the album in? Which producer made the album for you? Is the recording process of the new album progressing smoothly?

L: 所有单曲和EP都是在Marco Paradisi的支持下，在Calderara di Reno（博洛尼亚）的Boat Studio完全录制的。Marco为捕捉定义乐队的原始而充满活力的声音做出了重大贡献。录制过程流畅而专注，每一步都有清晰的愿景指导。

All singles and the EP were recorded entirely at Boat Studio in Calderara di Reno (Bologna), with the support of Marco Paradisi. Marco contributed significantly to capturing the raw and energetic sound that defines the band. The recording process was smooth and focused, with a clear vision guiding every step.

V: 你能介绍一下你的创作过程吗？

Can you introduce your creative process?

L: 歌曲创作起源于Gengy，他创作了所有的曲目。一旦确定了主要结构，尼古拉斯和鼓手就可以完全自由地安排，贡献节奏思想、变化、动态和氛围。每首歌的最终形式都是通过排练和集体本能而出现的。这是一个完全由音乐驱动的有机过程。

The songwriting originates from Gengy, who composed all the tracks. Once the main structure is defined, Nicholas and the drummer have complete freedom over the arrangements, contributing rhythmic ideas, variations, dynamics, and atmosphere. The final form of each song emerges through rehearsals and collective instinct. It is an organic process, driven entirely by the music.

V: 你的音乐主题是什么？你为什么选择这个音乐主题，你想通过这个音乐主题表达什么？你还创建了歌词部分。谁创作了这些歌词，是什么启发了他们？

What is the theme of your music about? Why did you choose this music theme, and what do you want to express through this music theme? You also created the lyrics section. Who created these lyrics and what inspired them?

L: 我们的音乐探索了人类心灵最黑暗的角落——恐惧、内心冲突、自我欺骗、重生，以及光明与阴影之间永恒的斗争。每首歌都是同一场战斗的不同面孔：在一个试图摧毁你的世界里保持人性的斗争。歌词主要由成吉创作，但尼古拉斯和我对主题、意象和情感方向的演变做出了自由贡献。

•谎言

一首关于自我欺骗之毒的歌曲。像“真相伤人，谎言是死亡”这样的句子表明了幻觉是如何腐蚀灵魂的。

•骑行

一个战士在痛苦和骄傲中的旅程。“挥舞你的剑，战斗”将这首歌变成了一个隐喻的战场。

•直到新的明天

恐惧、崩溃和重生。“恐惧扰乱我们的思想，一次又一次地摧毁你的灵魂”抓住了情感的核心。

•邪恶游戏

人生就像一场残酷的游戏，但也要有承受的力量。“重新站起来是关键”是这条信息的核心。

•狼人

内心的野兽象征着内心的折磨。“怪物就是我”表达了本能与理性的二元性。我们的灵感来自个人经历、神话、心理和重金属的原始情感力量。

Our music explores the darkest corners of the human mind — fear, inner conflict, self‑deception, rebirth, and the eternal struggle between light and shadow. Each song is a different face of the same battle: the fight to remain human in a world that tries to break you.

The lyrics are mainly written by Gengy, but Nicholas and I contribute freely to the evolution of the themes, imagery, and emotional direction.

• Lies

A song about the poison of self‑deception. Lines like “Truth hurts, lies are death” show how illusions corrode the soul.

• The Ride

A warrior’s journey through pain and pride. “Wield your sword and fight” turns the song into a metaphorical battlefield.

• Until a New Tomorrow

Fear, collapse, and rebirth. “Fear messes with our minds, destroying your soul again and again” captures the emotional core.

• Wicked Game

Life as a cruel game, but also the strength to endure. “Getting back up is the key” is the heart of the message.

• The Lycanthrope

The beast within as a metaphor for inner torment. “The monster is me” expresses the duality between instinct and reason. Our inspiration comes from personal experiences, mythology, psychology, and the raw emotional power of heavy metal.

V: 你的新专辑是在哪个厂牌发行的？你会发行实体专辑吗？

Which label was your new album released on? Will you release a physical album version?

L: 该发行目前是独立的，允许完全的艺术自由。计划推出EP的实体版，从CD开始，根据需求可能还会推出黑胶唱片。

The release is currently independent, allowing full artistic freedom. A physical version of the EP is planned, starting with CDs and potentially vinyl depending on demand.

V: 你们乐队的标志设计很简单，但这种设计形式是我个人最喜欢的，因为我很容易记住你们乐队的名字。谁为你设计了这个标志？你的相册艺术作品的灵感来自真实的照片，这些照片实际上是在复活节岛拍摄的。谁为你设计了这件艺术品？

The logo design of your band is very simple, but this design form is my personal favorite because I can easily remember the name of your band. Who designed this logo for you? Your album artwork is inspired by real photos, which were actually taken on Easter Island. Who designed this artwork for you?

L: 该标志由Nicholas设计，旨在打造一个清晰、重要且令人难忘的符号，以反映乐队的原始身份。这张EP艺术品是基于尼古拉斯在苏格兰卡拉奈立石拍摄的一张真实照片。所选图像具有三个对齐的门人，象征着乐队的三名成员——形状和故事不同，但团结起来对抗时间和风。这些石头承载着古老而强大的能量：三个巨石面对风暴，三个声音形成一个声音，三个人成为一股力量。这幅图像完美地代表了Lythora的精髓。

The logo was designed by Nicholas, who aimed for a sharp, essential, and memorable symbol that reflects the raw identity of the band. The EP artwork is based on a real photo taken by Nicholas in Scotland, at the Calanais Standing Stones. The chosen image features three aligned menhirs, symbolizing the three members of the band — different in shape and story, yet united against time and wind. These stones carry an ancient, powerful energy: three monoliths facing the storm, three voices forming one sound, three individuals becoming a single force. This imagery perfectly represents the essence of Lythora.

V: 你刚刚发布的作品是一张非常经典的传统重金属专辑，Riff强劲有力，充满力量，鼓部分也充满了节奏变化。你可以感觉到你非常仔细地创作了这张专辑。你对自己的工作有什么看法？

The work you just released is a very classic traditional heavy metal album, with strong and powerful Riff, full of power, and the drum part is also full of rhythm changes. You can feel that you have created this album very carefully. What is your opinion on your own work?

L: 我们为此感到非常自豪。这是一个经典的Heavy / Thrash Metal释放，具有强大的即兴重复段、动态鼓和对细节的大量关注。你可以感觉到每个部分都是精心制作的——没有什么是随机的，没有什么是肤浅的。这张EP代表了我们现在的样子：一个有着明确身份和强烈成长欲望的乐队。

We are very proud of it. It’s a classic heavy/thrash metal release, with powerful riffs, dynamic drums, and a lot of attention to detail. You can feel that every part was crafted with care — nothing is random, nothing is superficial. This EP represents exactly who we are right now: a band with a clear identity and a strong desire to grow.

V: 2026年你有什么新工作要做？我可以与大家分享一些信息吗？

What new work do you have to do in 2026? Can I share some information with everyone?

L: 2026年，我们的主要重点将是新材料的写作和制作。我们已经在研究新的想法，这些想法将扩展和发展我们EP中引入的声音，将其推向更成熟和更明确的身份。与此同时，我们将投入大量精力进行现场活动，目标是在意大利各地举办更多演出，为我们的第一次国际机会做准备。

In 2026 our main focus will be the writing and production of new material. We are already working on fresh ideas that will expand and evolve the sound introduced in our EP, pushing it toward a more mature and defined identity. At the same time, we will dedicate a lot of energy to live activity, with the goal of playing more shows across Italy and preparing for our first international opportunities.

V: 你曾进行过哪些现场表演，哪些给你留下了深刻的印象，2026年有哪些新的表演等着你？

What live performances have you performed, which ones left a deep impression on you, and what new performances are waiting for you in 2026?

L: Lythora曾在意大利几个重要的地下场所演出，包括Alchemica音乐俱乐部和Circolo Bunker。乐队的现场哲学很明确：没有点击、触发器、背景音乐或插件的本能表演——纯粹的原始能量。观众在舞台上听到的正是乐队。2026年的计划包括：意大利各地更多演出节日露面以及首次在国际上表演的目标，现场表演是乐队音乐真正活跃起来的地方。

Lythora has performed in several key underground venues in Italy, including Alchemica Music Club and Circolo Bunker. The band’s live philosophy is clear: a visceral performance without click, triggers, backing tracks, or plugins — pure, raw energy. What the audience hears on stage is exactly what the band is. Plans for 2026 include: more shows across Italy festival appearances and the goal of performing internationally for the first time Live performance is where the band’s music truly comes alive.

V: 哪些乐队影响了你的乐队？你能列出一些你最喜欢的乐队吗？

Which bands have influenced your band? Can you list some of your favorite bands?
