今天采访到的是来自芬兰的Folk / Black Metal乐队Metsän Alttari，成立于2022年的Metsän Alttari乐队由Janeski一个人组建，2024年乐队发行了第一首单曲“Rautaa, tulta ja jäätä”，一张气势磅礴，宏伟的作品，整齐地Riff并且带有优美的旋律，很容易让歌迷记住这支乐队，鼓手的可谓是非得稳定，精准，快速的打击，歌手邪恶的演唱也是非常精彩，2024年乐队在芬兰的Inverse Records发行了第一张正式专辑“Metsän alttari”更加精彩，在新专辑发行之际杂志也为Metsän alttari乐队进行了一次专访！

Today's interview is with Finnish Folk / Black Metal band Metsän Alttari, formed in 2022 by Janeski alone, the band released their first single ‘Rautaa, tulta ja jäätä’ in 2024. ‘Rautaa, tulta ja jäätä’, an imposing and grandiose work, with neat riffs and a beautiful melody that easily reminds the fans of the band, the drummer's is very steady, precise and fast, and the singer's wicked vocals are wonderful, the band's first official album was released in 2024 on Finland's Inverse Records. ‘Metsän alttari’ is even better, and on the occasion of the release of the new album, the magazine gave an interview to Metsän alttari!

V: 你好Janeski很高兴见到你，也非常感谢你参加这次采访。我想这是你们乐队第一次接受中国杂志的采访。首先向所有的中国歌迷问好。Metsän Alttari是什么时候成立的？你们是如何组建这支乐队的？
Hello Janeski. Nice to meet you and thank you very much for participating in this interview. I think this is the first time for your band to be interviewed by China magazine. First of all, let's say hello to all China fans. When was Metsän Alttari founded? How did you form this band?
J: 是的，这是我第一次接受采访！向所有乐迷问好！我从2022年开始录音和写歌，所以可以说这个项目是在那时成立的。我一直有这样一个想法：自己做音乐并掌控与之相关的一切。
Greetings, and yes this is the first time for me! Hello to all the fans! I started recording and writing the songs in 2022 so I could say that the project was founded then. I've always had this idea of making music myself and be in command about everything related to it.
V: 乐队中只有你一个人，我觉得这对你写歌很方便，因为你可以按照自己的想法写歌，能介绍一下你的创作过程吗？
You are the only one in the band. I think it will be convenient when you write songs, because you can write songs according to your own ideas. Can you introduce your creative process?
J: 创作过程不尽相同，但通常我都会想出一段旋律。如果是即兴创作，我可能会用手机录下自己哼唱的旋律。如果手中有吉他，我通常会把旋律录在电脑上。这样做的危险在于，我很容易就会开始调整音色和一切，这会阻碍创作过程，我尽量避免这样做。
This process varies but usually I came up with a riff or a melody. I might record myself humming the tune with a phone if it is very spontaneous. Usually I just record the riff down on my computer if I have the guitar in my hands. The danger in this is that I easily start tweaking the sounds and everything and that can hinder the process. I'm trying not to do that.
V: 你的录音工作非常出色。这张专辑是在哪个录音室录制的？谁为你制作的这张专辑？
Your work is excellent in recording. In which studio did you record the album? Who produced the album for you?
J: 我在自己家里的录音室录制了这张专辑并亲自混音/灌制了所有唱片。
I recorded the album in my own home studio and mixed/mastered everything myself.
V: 你的Logo设计精美。谁为你设计了这个Logo？你的专辑封面设计也很精美。谁为你设计的？
Your logo is beautifully designed. Who designed this logo for you? Your album artwork is also beautifully designed. Who designed this artwork for you?
J: 封面和Logo是由Nucleart Design设计公司设计的。我推荐大家去看看他的作品，他曾为许多流行乐队设计过作品。
Artwork and logo is made by Nucleart Design. I recommend everyone to check his work out, he has made art for many popular bands.
V: 你的音乐主题是什么？为什么选择这样一个音乐主题？你想通过这样一个音乐主题表达什么？你创作歌词吗？这些歌词的灵感来源是什么？
What is the theme of your music? Why did you choose such a music theme? What do you want to express through such a music theme? Have you created the lyrics? What are the inspirations for these lyrics?
J: 我的目标是通过音乐表达我的情感，尤其是对大自然、神话和生活中不愉快经历的热爱。听众有责任从歌词中找出他们想要的东西，我们只能这么说：)
The goal is to express my emotions through music, especially the love for nature, mythology and the bad experiences in life. It is the listener's responsibility to make out what they will from the lyrics, let's just say that :)
V: 你的专辑由芬兰Inverse Records发行，该公司在芬兰是一家非常出色的公司，你是如何与他们取得联系并进行合作的？你对这个品牌的工作满意吗？
Your album was released under the label Inverse Records in Finland, which is an excellent company in your country. How did you get in touch with them to cooperate? Are you satisfied with the work of this brand?
J: 我认为Inverse拥有大量的人脉与他们合作非常容易，所以我对与他们的合作非常满意。
I think Inverse has a good amount of contacts and it is really easy to work with them so I'm definitely really satisfied to work with them.
V: 你参加过哪些音乐节？哪些音乐节给你留下了深刻的印象？能否谈谈当时的气氛？2025年还有那些音乐节邀请你参加？
What music festivals did you attend? What music festivals left a deep impression on you? Can you tell us about the atmosphere at that time? What other music festivals will you be invited to attend in 2025?
J: 去年，我作为游客参观了芬兰的图斯卡和赫尔辛基金属音乐节。我不得不说，我已经不太喜欢音乐节了。如果是关于现场表演的问题，我并不想现场表演，因为我只是一个人的乐队。如果有巨大的需求，我可能会改变我的看法，组建一个乐队。
I visited Tuska and Hellsinki Metal Fest in Finland last year as a visitor. I have to say I'm not a festival guy not so much anymore. If the question is about performing live, I'm not looking to play live since I'm only a one man band. I might change my opinion on that and build a band if there is an overwhelming demand for that.
V: 你刚刚在2024年发行了第一张正式专辑。你在2025年有什么新的工作进行吗？能告诉我们一些信息吗？
You just released your album in 2024. What new work do you have to do in 2025? Can you tell us some information?
J: 当我觉得时机成熟时，我就会开始写新歌。现在，我只想休息一段时间。
I'll start writing new songs when I feel that the time is right for it. As of now, I'm just going to rest awhile.
V: Metsän Alttari是一支优秀的乐队。我会一直支持和关注你们的乐队。我也希望通过这次采访，能有更多的中国乐迷关注和支持你们的乐队。最后你有什么话要对中国的朋友们说吗？
Metsän Alttari is an excellent band. I will always support and pay attention to your band. I also hope that through this interview, more China fans will pay attention to and support your band. Do you have anything to say to your friends in China at the end?
J: 非常感谢，我也希望如此。支持我的最好方式就是把我的音乐分享给你的朋友并在实体 CD 发行时（很可能在12月）购买！感谢所有中国歌迷！
