今天采访到的是来自意大利的老牌乐队Ibridoma，组建于2001年的Ibridoma乐队由鼓手Alessandro Morroni组建，最初乐队风格定义为Hard Rock，但是希望再加入一些其他的元素，于是乐队将风格定义为Heavy / Power Metal，经过几年的创作乐队2005年发行了第一张EP专辑“Lady of Darkness”，强硬，激进的节奏，悦耳的旋律给歌迷留下了深刻印象，2008年乐队的第二张EP专辑“Page 26”，这张EP专辑发行之后乐队收到了来自SG Records厂牌的合同进行了长期合作，让这支乐队得到更多歌迷认可的是他们2012年发行的专辑“Night Club”，满了经典的重金属曲目。吉他与贝斯完美地融合在一起，而主唱独特的嗓音也让这张专辑脱颖而出。带有许多80年代摇滚乐队那种旋律性的边缘。专辑整体节奏流畅，展现出强大的音乐实力，随后乐队发行了多张专辑，2018年乐队结束了与SG Records厂牌的合作，与Punishment 18 Records合作发行了第五张正式专辑“City of Ruins”，2022年乐队自主发行新专辑“Norimberga 2.0”，前不久乐队与杂志取得联系进行了一次专访！

Today's interview features the veteran Italian band Ibridoma, formed in 2001 by drummer Alessandro Morroni. Initially defined as Hard Rock, the band sought to incorporate additional elements, ultimately redefining their style as Heavy/Power Metal. After several years of creation, the band released their debut EP album “Lady of Darkness” in 2005, featuring a hard-hitting, aggressive rhythm, and catchy melodies left a lasting impression on fans. In 2008, the band released their second EP album, “Page 26.” Following its release, the band received a contract from SG Records for a long-term collaboration. What truly earned the band widespread recognition among fans was their 2012 album, “Night Club,” which featured classic heavy metal tracks. The guitar and bass blend seamlessly, while the lead vocalist's distinctive voice sets the album apart. It carries the melodic edge reminiscent of 1980s rock bands. The album flows smoothly, showcasing the band's strong musical prowess. Following this, the band released several more albums. In 2018, the band ended their collaboration with SG Records and partnered with Punishment 18 Records to release their fifth official album, “City of Ruins.” In 2022, the band independently released their new album, “Norimberga 2.0.” Recently, the band reached out to a magazine for an exclusive interview!

Hello, brother. It's a pleasure to meet you, and thank you very much for participating in this interview. I believe this is the first time your band has been interviewed by a Chinese magazine. First of all, please say hello to all your Chinese fans. Ibridoma was formed in 2001 and is a long-established band. Who first proposed forming this band?

I: 大家好，这是我们第一次接受中国杂志的采访，对我们来说是一份莫大的荣幸。我们想向所有中国粉丝问好并深表感谢。乐队由我们的鼓手Alessandro Morroni创立，他希望组建一支以硬摇滚为主的乐队，但不局限于单一风格。

Hello everyone, yes, this is the first time we've been interviewed by a Chinese magazine, and it's a great honor for us. We want to say hello and deeply thank all our fans in China. The band was formed by our drummer Alessandro Morroni, who wanted to create a primarily hard rock band, but without being limited by a single genre.

V: 目前，乐队中仅有主唱和鼓手是原班成员。其他成员在2006年至2021年间发生了变动。原班成员为何离开乐队？新成员是如何加入乐队的，你对他们的工作是否满意？

Currently, only the singer and drummer are original members of the band. The other members changed between 2006 and 2021. Why did the original members leave the band? How did the new members join the band, and are you satisfied with their work?

I: 原成员因个人事务无法投入足够时间参与乐队活动而离开。每当乐队成员离去，我们都深感惋惜，但显然个人需求应优先于乐队事务。现任成员此前已与乐队有过合作，因此招募过程相对顺利，我们对当前阵容非常满意。

The original members left the band due to personal commitments that prevented them from dedicating the necessary time to the band. We're always saddened when a band member leaves us, but we obviously understand that personal needs come before the band's. The current members were already known to the band, so recruiting them was fairly easy, and we're very happy with the current lineup.

V: 你们都是经验丰富的金属乐手。能否分享一下你们的创作过程？我相信你们的创作经历会激励许多年轻乐手！

You are all experienced metal musicians. Could you tell us about your creative process? I believe your creative experience will inspire many young musicians!

I: 我们的歌曲并没有一个固定的发布计划。有时，Marco会带着一个吉他即兴段落来到排练室，然后我们从那里开始发展其他部分；也可能Christian已经完成了整首歌，只需要做一些微调。唯一能将所有作品统一起来的是，我们每个人都以某种方式投入了努力，使作品更具“Ibridoma”特色，而非仅依赖某一成员的个人风格。

Our songs don't have a precise plan to come out. It can happen that Marco arrives at the rehearsal room with a riff in his head and we develop everything else from there, or it's possible that Christian already has the whole song done and finished and simply needs to make a few tweaks. The only thing that certainly unites them all is the fact that in some way we all put our own effort into making it more "Ibridoma" than a single member, so to speak.

V: 你们乐队发布的每一张专辑在录音质量上都堪称卓越，这当然在很大程度上得益于多年来设备技术的不断进步。你们是在哪家录音室录制专辑的，又有哪些制作人参与了录制工作？

Every album your band has released has been outstanding in terms of recording quality, which is of course largely due to changes over the years as equipment has improved. Which studio did you record your albums in, and which producer worked with you on them?

I: 我们一直都在Mauro Mancinelli的DPF Studio录制，而对于重新混音，我们主要依赖三位制作人：Michael Elvis Baskette、Max Morton和Simone Mularoni

We always recorded at Mauro Mancinelli's DPF Studio, while for the reamping we mainly relied on three producers: Michael Elvis Baskette, Max Morton and Simone Mularoni

V: 你们乐队一直与SG Records合作发行专辑，但2018年你们转投了新厂牌Punishment 18 Records。两家厂牌都非常出色，那为何要更换厂牌？您对两家厂牌的工作是否满意？

Your band has always worked with SG Records to release albums, but in 2018 you switched to a new label, Punishment 18 Records. Both are excellent labels, so why did you switch labels? Are you satisfied with the work of both labels?

I: 更換唱片公司是必要的，因為SG Records在2018年停止了活動。幸運的是，我們與Punishment18的Corrado關係良好，他非常樂意將我們納入他的樂團陣容。

The label change was necessary due to the fact that SG records ceased activity in 2018, fortunately we were on excellent terms with Corrado from Punishment18 who was more than happy to add us to his bands

What is the theme of your band's music? Why did you choose this theme, and what do you want to express through it? You also wrote the lyrics. Who wrote them, and where did they get their inspiration?

I: 我们的音乐主要取材于当前事件和社会问题，无论是个人还是社会层面的，因为我们一直希望听众能与我们的主题产生共鸣。虽然我们所有人都参与了歌曲主题的创作，但歌词几乎全部由我们的主唱Christian Bartolacci撰写；我们其他人更习惯通过乐器而非文字来表达自己。

Our music draws primarily from current events and issues, both personal and societal, because we've always wanted our audience to identify with our themes. Although we all contribute to the themes of the songs, the lyrics are written almost exclusively by our singer Christian Bartolacci; the rest of us are more comfortable expressing ourselves through our instruments than through words.

V: 你们的Logo设计非常简洁，但这种设计风格正是我个人最喜欢的，因为它让我很容易记住你们的名字。是谁设计了你们的Logo？你们的专辑封面设计也非常精美。是谁设计的？

Your logo design is very simple, but this design style is my personal favorite because it makes it easy for me to remember your name. Who designed your logo? Your album artwork is also beautifully designed. Who designed it?

I: 无论是我们的Logo还是最新专辑封面，均由巴西艺术家Gustavo Sazes设计。他在音乐界以与众多艺术家合作而闻名，包括Machine Head、Amaranthe和James Labrie。

V: 首先，恭喜你们在2022年发行了最新专辑。你们的专辑充满力量，传统的吉他Riff给我留下了深刻印象。主唱清澈明亮的嗓音也是专辑的一大亮点，吉他手的精湛演奏同样令人赞叹。鼓手的稳定表现让所有歌曲更加充满活力和力量。你对自己的作品有何看法？新专辑与之前的专辑相比有何不同？

First of all, congratulations on the release of your latest album in 2022. Your album is full of power, and the traditional riffs left a deep impression on me. The singer's clean and clear voice is also a highlight of the album, and the guitarist's skillful playing is also wonderful. The drummer's stable performance makes all the songs even more energetic and powerful. What are your thoughts on your own work? How does the new album compare to your old albums?

I: 我们对最新专辑感到非常自豪，就像对其他专辑一样。最大的不同在于歌曲创作。通常，我们一起创作所有歌曲，每个人都会贡献一些东西，无论是吉他独奏还是歌词。然而，这次我们发现自己彼此隔离。尽管科技可以将我们连接起来，但最终我们还是有几首歌是由乐队成员单独创作的，而不是一起创作的。但将Nuremberg 2.0与我们其他专辑联系在一起的，是每首歌所传达的氛围和精神。

We're very proud of our latest album, as we are of the others. The main difference is in the songwriting. Usually, we write them all together, each one contributing something, be it a riff or a verse. This time, however, we found ourselves isolated from one another. As much as technology could connect us, we ended up with several songs written entirely by individual band members rather than all together. But the thing that definitely unites Nuremberg 2.0 with our other albums is the atmosphere and spirit each song conveys.

V: 作为一支资深乐队，你们参与过许多音乐节。哪些音乐节给你们留下了深刻印象？能否描述当时的氛围？2025年你们计划参与哪些音乐节？

As a veteran band, you have participated in many music festivals. Which ones left a deep impression on you? Can you describe the atmosphere at the time? Which music festivals are you planning to participate in in 2025?

I: 给我们留下最深刻印象的音乐节是斯洛文尼亚的Magic Circle Festival，在那里我们有机会与金属乐传奇乐队如Manowar和Arch Enemy同台演出以及乌克兰的“Krock u maybutne”音乐节，在那里我们受到了热烈欢迎。

The festivals that impressed us the most were the Magic Circle Festival in Slovenia where we had the opportunity to play alongside metal legends such as Manowar and Arch Enemy and the Krock u maybutne in Ukraine where we were greatly appreciated.

V: 你们乐队在2025年是否有任何新计划，例如创作和录制新歌曲或发行新专辑？能否与我们分享一些细节？

Do you have any new projects planned for your band in 2025, such as writing and recording new songs or releasing a new album? Can you share any details with us?

I: 目前我们正在开始录制新专辑，该专辑预计将于明年年初发行。与此同时，我们继续在意大利各地举办各种音乐会，推广"Norimberga 2.0"。

Right now we are starting the recordings for the new album which should be released at the beginning of next year, in the meantime we continue the promotion of Norimberga 2.0 with various concerts around Italy.

You are an outstanding band, and I will continue to follow and support you. I also hope that this interview will encourage more Chinese fans to follow and support your band. Finally, is there anything you would like to say to your Chinese fans?
