Today's interview was with Mr. Jack, a Hordrock/Metal band from Italy. This band was formed by Mr. Jack alone, and over time, it has gradually become a reflection of Mr. Jack's life and inner self, The works of Mr. Jack band are full of power, vitality, beautiful melodies, and some unforgettable solo and clean, energetic performances, quickly becoming one of the hottest Hordrock/Metal bands in Italy. Mr. Jack is not only an excellent musician, but also an excellent composer, lyricist, and producer. After the release of his first official album "Long Road" in 2019, he quickly became the strongest artist's album in Italy and was praised by more music critics. This year, the band also released his latest single "Never", and the magazine contacted Mr. Jack for an exclusive interview on the occasion of the release of the new single!

Hello brother, nice to meet you and thank you very much for participating in this interview. I think this is your first time being interviewed by a Chinese magazine. First of all, let me say hello to all Chinese fans. Mr. Jack band was founded in that year? How did you form this band? What does the name Mr. Jack mean?

M: 大家好，向所有中国粉丝致以热烈的问候！能和你们在一起真是我的荣幸。几年前，Mr. Jack出生时是一个独唱项目，但随着时间的推移，它已经成为一个真正的音乐和精神身份。它代表了我的内心世界，我的经历，我的愤怒，我的力量，但也是我最敏感的一面。这是我的灵魂通过音乐表达自己——没有滤镜。

Hello everyone, and a big, energetic greeting to all my Chinese fans! It’s truly an honor to be here with you. Mr. Jack was born as a solo project several years ago, but over time it has become a true musical and spiritual identity. It represents my inner world, my experiences, my rage, my strength, but also my most sensitive side. It’s my soul expressing itself through music — without filters.

V: 你能介绍一下乐队目前的阵容吗？你们总共有多少成员？他们是怎么加入乐队的？你对他们的工作满意吗？

Can you introduce the current lineup of the band? How many members do you have in total? How did they join the band? Are you satisfied with their work?

M: 在每一个项目中，我都喜欢让那些和我一样感受音乐的人参与进来——充满激情和奉献精神。但对于这首单曲，我决定完全独自工作。我想在工作室里独自“释放一切”，尝试不同的音乐创意。每次，我都在寻找那种让一切变得真实的化学物质——我想你在这首新单曲中真的能感受到。

In every project, I love to involve people who feel music the same way I do — with passion and dedication. But for this single, I decided to work completely alone. I wanted to “let it all out” in the studio by myself, experimenting with different musical ideas. Every time, I search for that kind of chemistry that makes everything real — and I think you can really feel that in this new single.

V: 你能介绍一下你的创作过程吗？我相信你的创作经验会给更多的年轻音乐家带来灵感！

Can you introduce your creative process? I believe your creative experience will bring inspiration to more young musicians!

M: 我的创造力诞生于沉默和内省的时刻——经常被大自然包围。我住在山里，风、大地和寂静的声音深深地激励着我。从那里，旋律和歌词开始成形。我通常手里拿着吉他作曲，然后围绕它构建一切——编曲、和声、和声。每首歌都是我的一部分，一个通过声音形成的情感故事。

My creativity is born in moments of silence and introspection — often surrounded by nature. I live in the mountains, and the sounds of the wind, the earth, and silence itself inspire me deeply. From there, melodies and lyrics start to take shape. I usually compose with a guitar in my hands, then build everything around it — arrangements, backing vocals, harmonies. Each song is a part of me, an emotional story that takes form through sound.

Your album is excellent in terms of recording. Which studio did you record the album in? Which producer made the album for you? Is the recording process of the new single going smoothly?

Yes, the single was recorded with great care. I work very precisely because I love when every detail sounds real. I recorded it using professional equipment in my studio, with microphones and systems I know inside out. The mix was handled carefully to keep the raw, “alive” feeling of the voice and instruments. And yes — I can reveal that I’m already working on my next album, Destiny and Hope. It will be intense, direct, but also deeply spiritual. It’s a journey into the soul that connects to my previous album Long Road (2019) and will include my recent singles Let’s Rock, Spirit of Heaven, and Never, which was released just a few days ago.

V: 你的音乐主题是什么？你为什么选择这个音乐主题，你想通过这个音乐主题表达什么？你还创建了歌词部分。谁创作了这些歌词，是什么启发了他们？

What is the theme of your music about? Why did you choose this music theme, and what do you want to express through this music theme? You also created the lyrics section. Who created these lyrics and what inspired them?

M: 这首单曲谈到了内在的力量、救赎和灵性。它描述了当你决定再次崛起，面对你的恶魔，并将其转化为正能量的那一刻。我总是亲自写歌词，因为它们必须100%代表我。我的灵感来自现实生活——来自我们都经历过的创伤和重生。这也是对当今音乐统一性的呐喊——反对虚假，捍卫真正的乐器和真实的声音。

The single talks about inner strength, redemption, and spirituality. It describes that moment when you decide to rise again, face your demons, and turn them into positive energy. I always write my lyrics personally because they have to represent me 100%. My inspiration comes from real life — from wounds and rebirths that we all go through. It’s also a scream against the uniformity of today’s music — against falseness, and in defense of real instruments and authentic sound.

V: 你乐队的Logo设计非常独特。在你的名字下面是一个挂着羽毛的弓箭。谁为你设计了这个Logo？你的专辑封面设计也很漂亮。谁为你设计了这些艺术品？

The logo design of your band is very unique. Under your name is a bow and arrow hanging feathers. Who designed this logo for you? Your album artwork is also very beautifully designed. Who designed these artworks for you?

M: 这个Logo源于我自己的一幅画，代表了我内心深处的一部分：箭头象征着方向和决心，而羽毛则反映了我与土著文化和自然精神的联系。关于我的视觉形象的一切——封面、图案、t恤——都在我的监督之下。我喜欢照顾每一个艺术方面，因为每一个细节都传达了我是谁。

The logo was born from one of my own drawings and represents a deep part of me: the arrow symbolizes direction and determination, while the feathers reflect my connection to Native culture and natural spirituality. Everything about my visual image — covers, graphics, t-shirts — is always under my supervision. I love to take care of every artistic aspect, because every detail communicates who I am.

Is your album released by you or by a legitimate label? How did you establish contact and collaborate with these brands? Are you satisfied with their work?

The single is released through Wanikiya Record/Promotion — my own label and press office. It’s a project I carry forward with enormous passion, as it allows me to support many artists while also promoting my own work in a serious and independent way. I’m very satisfied with the team: we are like a big family working with dedication, and that truly shows in the results.

First of all, congratulations to your band for just releasing their latest single. You are a traditional band with a tough Riff, beautiful melodies, and powerful vocals, all of which have left a deep impression on me. What is your opinion on your own works? What are the changes between the new work and the old work?

M: 我认为这首单曲对我来说代表了一个新的阶段。它更成熟，更直接，但它仍然保留了属于我的愤怒和摇滚能量。每次，我都试图超越自己的极限，探索新的情感。

I think this single represents a new phase for me. It’s more mature, more direct, but it still keeps that rage and rock energy that belong to me. Every time, I try to go beyond my limits and explore new emotions.

V: 你的乐队参加了哪些音乐节？哪些音乐节给你留下了深刻的印象？你能介绍一下当时的现场气氛吗？2026年还有哪些音乐节邀请你参加？

What music festivals has your band participated in? What music festivals have left a deep impression on you? Can you introduce the live atmosphere at that time? What other music festivals invite you to participate in 2026?

M: 每个阶段都会在你内心留下一些东西。我对意大利和国外的许多节日都有着美好的回忆，但也有更小、更亲密的表演，在那里你真的能感受到与人们的联系。观众的能量永远是我的燃料。2026年将有新的重大活动和节日，我迫不及待地想把我的音乐带回舞台，与大家分享。

Every stage leaves something inside you. I have great memories of many festivals in Italy and abroad — but also of smaller, more intimate shows, where you really feel the connection with the people. The audience’s energy is always my fuel. In 2026 there will be new major events and festivals, and I can’t wait to bring my music back to the stage and share it with all of you.

Does the release of this new single indicate that you are about to release a new album? Do you have any new jobs to do in 2026? Can you share some information with everyone?
